4A. Estate Agents
Estate agents using the platform act as independent introducers only
THE HOUSE REPAIR Ltd. does not employ or supervise estate agents
Estate agents may submit service requests, obtain quotes, and recommend providers to landlords or tenants
Estate agents are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or completion of services
Any service agreement remains strictly between the customer and the service provider
Estate agents must not misrepresent prices, scope of work, or provider capabilities
5. Quotes, Products, Offers, and Property Listings
Quotes for services are provided by independent service providers
Products listed for sale are offered by third-party sellers unless stated otherwise
Promotional offers are subject to availability and third-party terms
Property listings are provided by property owners or estate agents

6. Payments and Fees
